1.) Your surgeon (or the surgical facility) will generally request
a basic set of tests (labs, ECG and/or chest X-ray).

2.) Occasionally the surgeon's office will arrange these
tests for you.

3.) The results of these tests will need to be on your
chart in our office in order for our physician to complete
your evaluation.

4.) Faxed copies of outside test results are usually adequate.

5.) Our office will arrange all other necessary testing.

6.) Once all of your testing is complete (with the results in your
chart here) and you've had your preoperative visit with us, our
physician will contact your surgeon to review your readiness
for the procedure.
